We’re thrilled to debut our new website! If you have visited our old site, you can see we’ve redecorated around here! The website renovation is Phase One of our larger project to migrate our software stack to a new platform. We invite you to take some time to look around and explore the new site! You’ll see fresh content, a new way of presenting our programs and shows, and lots of helpful information. For our participating families, you will also experience a brand-new Callboard experience. We think you’re going to love it.
For now, we’ll be utilizing our existing registration system until the new one is ready (details on the new plan below). You will still see your CPT Login and CPT Family Page, you will still select classes as you have in the past, and checkout will be the familiar experience. As always, our Office Administrator is a phone call away if you need any help with this process! When you have completed registration, you will see the usual “View Confirmation” link on your family page, and this will direct you to your new Callboard. Save the link to the Callboard so you can easily come back to it.
For Phase Two, we are aiming to put a new ticketing and registration process into place in time for our fall shows, Annie Jr. and Irving Berlin’s Holiday Inn. Our families and our patrons will enjoy the features of this new platform, which will make the checkout experience much better and allow for tickets to be saved on mobile devices. In this phase, the registration process will also move away from the existing platform.
In Phase Three, we will be migrating our database to a new platform. This phase is less visible to our participants, but will nevertheless make it much easier for us to serve you well!
