Greenroom
Greenroom parents make "Greenroom Time" a favorite time for cast when they are offstage.

The Impact of the Greenroom Parents
The Greenroom is the place where CPT cast members form friendships and make life-long memories while they await their cue to take the stage. Greenroom parents keep order, organize cast into teams for fun competitions, encourage the cast with a Bible memory verse, and serve snacks to the hungry cast members. Greenroom parents cultivate an encouraging and friendly environment so that “Greenroom Time” is a lot of fun.

Preshow Greenroom Committee
The Greenroom Committee is a Show Week committee, and parent volunteers aren’t assigned to this committee before the show.Â
Show Week Greenroom Committee
When the cast isn’t on stage, they are either in the costume room or the Greenroom. For cast members, the Greenroom is a big part of the fun of Show Week. It’s here that they hang out with others in the cast, continue to build their friendships, and make a lot of Show Week memories. These experiences are made possible because of the care and support of the Greenroom Committee.
The Greenroom parents encourage the cast, keep order in the Greenroom, and keep track of the show’s progress so they can call cast for their cue, so they are ready to take the stage at the right time.
Cast members have a daily checklist that Greenroom parents collect each day at call time to be sure that everyone is ready for the show.Â
