New Registration System Update

Registering with our new website registration interface isn’t difficult, but it is new, so it could feel unfamiliar to you. It’s new for us, too, but we’re here to help!

Steps to Register

  1. Create an account or login to your existing account. If you participated in our Fall session, we have preloaded your information and will provide you with a password reset email. Your username is your email.
  2. Add Family Members. If you are creating a new account, you’ll need to add some basic information about yourself and your child(ren). If you’ve participated with CPT in the past, your information is not lost, but we haven’t migrated all our historical data yet. Don’t be alarmed–we’ll fill your history in the future. You can see a screen shot of the My Family Members page below.
  3. Click “Class Registrations” in the menu at left and select your classes. Scroll down to see all the class offerings. Select your choices and add them to your cart. Don’t worry–you’ll assign the class choice to your family member in the next step. Once you have filled your cart with the registrations you need, select “Assign your Registrations.”
  4. Assign your registrations. You’ve selected the classes. Now it time to tell us which of your family members are taking which class. Some classes require that you provide an alternate choice in case your first choice is full.
  5. Complete registration process and make payment. Complete the checkout process with payment. Sibling discounts will be applied at this step.
  6. You did it! Now it’s time for our office to process your registration and finalize your enrollment. You can view the status of your registrations in the Family Manager. When the CPT office has finalized the enrollment, the status will change to “Enrolled.”
