This class introduces students to the techniques, tools and processes of professional scenic art for theatre purposes. Students will transition from conceptual rendering to large-scale execution, learning how to manipulate paint and textures to create convincing illusions from a distance. Through hands-on projects, students will gain the confidence needed to transform basic materials into realistic physical environments.
