Complete your Audition Form for Disney's Frozen: The Broadway Musical

We’re excited that you are signing up to audition for our show. Please review the important information below, especially our Full Production Policies, before completing the Audition Form.

Forms are due May 27.

Auditioners ages 18 years old (high school graduate) or older will be asked to read and abide by our Community Standards on the Audition Form. Here are the elements of that package for your perusal.

Auditioners ages 13 through 18 years old (non-high school graduate) will be asked to complete this form on the Audition Form. Here it is for your perusal.

In addition, auditioners ages 13 through 18 years old (non-high school graduate) will be asked to complete this Behavioral Guidelines form by printing, completing, and bringing to auditions. Copies will also be provided at auditions. This requires both parent and student signatures.
