Act 2 Core Dance: Tap

With a focus on developing technique, rhythm and musicality, this beginner friendly class is geared towards those with no tap experience or those who want a refresher course. This class targets fundamental skills like basic steps, coordination and sound production. Students will learn how to use the heel and toe of their tap shoes to create different percussive sounds and be introduced to basic combinations like shuffles, flaps, cramp rolls and paradiddles.
